These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for schools using our website development, hosting, and maintenance services. By signing up or making payment, the client agrees to these terms.
Service Scope
We provide:
- Custom school website design & development
- Content uploading (text, images, documents)
- Basic SEO setup
- Hosting & domain support.
- Technical maintenance (as per package selected)
Payment Terms
- Project work begins after advance payment (usually 50% or as mutually agreed).
- Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or website launch.
- Hosting, domain & Maintenance charges must be paid annually.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
Revisions & Changes
- Minor text and image changes during development are included.
- Major design changes or additional pages after approval will incur extra charges.
- Updates after project completion fall under maintenance plans.
Support & Maintenance
- Free support is provided as per the selected package.
- Paid maintenance includes updates, backups, bug fixes, and monitoring.
- Support is available during standard working hours only.
Refund Policy
- Once development work or hosting setup begins, payments are non-refundable.
- Refund is not applicable after domain purchase or partial project completion.
Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not completed
- The client violates usage rules
- Abusive or illegal content is found on the website
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data caused by third-party platforms
- Server downtime beyond our control
- Financial or reputational loss due to client-added content
- Delays caused by the client’s incomplete data submission
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Lucknow UP.
